Just like with any job having good tools can really make a difference. The kitchen is no exception. I don't have many things but I do have key tools that help me create dishes and desserts. I will post them for you and as I get new ones I will review them for you.

One of the best purchases that my husband had made for me I would like to say is my set of Miracle Blade knives. I absolutely love them and they are so great for all I do in the kitchen. At first they felt different when I was holding them and I had to get use to them. They are so sharp that in the first week I had more cuts that you could imagine. However, when I got use to them every job in the kitchen was effortless. I would say that my favorite one is the Rock n Chop (top left) because I cut a lot of vegetables and this knife is perfect for that. My other favorite one is the Miracle Blade Slicer. It does great on cabbage, breads, and carving. I mean I use all the knives, but I think those two are my favorites.

I had this set of pots and pans for about 6 years and I still love them. They are great for everything I do in the kitchen. One thing that I really enjoy about this set is that I'm able to also use them in the oven. They have so much wear on them and they still work as good as when they were new. Not a lot of pans can take that much use and for that long and still be in such great shape. I use the pan a lot when I'm searing meat, making bacon, this pan has been my go to pan for years. I know that there are other brand and other products out there that can deliver the same results. However, for the price I paid for this set I can't say enough good things about them.

When my husband and I got married we went and bought our first set of everything. Many of the things we bought are long gone, but what still remains is the cast iron griddle we bought that time. I absolutely love this griddle. Is heavy, it works great, it can be use indoors, outdoors, stove, oven, what else can you ask for? It will soon be 11 years since the day we bought it and it looks the same as when we bought it. I been meaning to buy more cast iron products because I been so happy with the one we have. So if you are going to invest on a griddle. Don't buy the thin ones than bend over time. Instead invest a little and buy cast iron. It will last a lifetime!
